About Me
Early Life and Education:
Born and raised in Punjab, India, I completed my bachelor’s degree at Thapar University in Patiala. My journey led me to Vancouver, where I became a Permanent Resident. The intricacies of the express entry process piqued my interest in immigration, prompting me to pursue further education in this field. I graduated from Queen's University in Kingston with a degree in Citizenship and Immigration Law, which provided me with a strong foundation in Canadian immigration laws and procedures.
Becoming a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant:
Driven by the importance of professional accreditation, I aimed to become a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) through the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). My commitment to ethical practices and dedication to client success enabled me to obtain my RCIC license.
Founding Respir:
Upon recognizing a significant need for authorized immigration representatives in my home state of Punjab, I established Respir to address the shortage and combat the issue of ghost consultants and illegal practices. With offices in Bathinda and the neighboring city of Giddarbaha, I offer a personalized approach and dedicated support to clients navigating the complex immigration process. My expertise spans various immigration streams, including Express Entry, family reunification (family/spousal sponsorship), Study Permits, Work Permits, AAIP, Visitor Visas, Super Visas, and provincial nominee programs.
Professional Development and Continuous Learning:
Acknowledging the ever-evolving nature of immigration policies, I prioritize ongoing professional development. By attending conferences, workshops, and training sessions, I stay updated on regulatory changes and emerging trends to provide clients with the most accurate and current advice.
