About Me
Nodira is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant – IRB and a Commissioner for Oaths in and for the Province of Alberta. Born and raised in Tajikistan, Nodira obtained her Law degree at the Tajik State University of Law, Business, & Politics in 1999. By 2002 Nodira immigrated to Canada along with her family, where later in 2008, she completed the Professional Legal Assistant program at CDI College in Calgary, Alberta. In 2022, Nodira obtained a Graduate Diploma from the Immigration and Citizenship Law program at Queen’s University.
Prior to becoming an immigration consultant; Nodira first worked at a boutique law firm, where she specialized in residential real estate transactions. From 2013 onward, she worked for one of the top litigation law firms in Calgary where she developed a wide range of skills specializing in research, document preparation and management.
During her study in the GDipICL program at Queen’s University, Nodira gained the required knowledge and professional skills needed for working in the immigration law field. She has a deep understanding of Canadian immigration and citizenship law and procedures, as well as the knowledge and skills necessary for successful practice.
