Raidel is a multi-faceted legal professional with credentials as a licensed paralegal, notary public, and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. He holds a graduate diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law from Queen's University, completed in 2022. Currently, he serves as duty counsel in the Immigration Detention Representation Program at Legal Aid Ontario's Refugee Law Office. Previously, he worked for the Department of Justice Canada in the National Litigation Sector. Raidel is also an LL.B. candidate at Essex University in the UK. He is the director and sole proprietor of Arista Immigration Consulting Inc., although he is not currently accepting new clients due to his other commitments. Outside work, he enjoys long runs, music, and quality time with friends and family.
