I am a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC – R1041174) and Office Coordinator at Master Immigration Services. My journey with the company began as a volunteer, and after completing my studies in Canada, I transitioned into a full-time role where I have continued to grow both professionally and personally.

I bring a diverse educational and professional background that combines Business Informatics, IT & Systems Engineering, and International Logistics with more than five years of experience in the Canadian immigration industry. Throughout my career, I have assisted individuals, families, and employers with a wide range of immigration matters, including temporary residence applications, federal and provincial permanent residence programs, family sponsorships, LMIA applications, and LMIA-exempt work permits.

In addition to my consulting responsibilities, I am actively involved in project management, business operations, process optimization, and client relationship management. I have contributed to the digital transformation of immigration services by helping implement online workflows, data-driven processes, and technology solutions that improve efficiency and enhance the client experience. My experience in sales and stakeholder management has also enabled me to build strong relationships with immigration clients and partners while supporting organizational growth.

I hold a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law from Queen's University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics from Istanbul Bilgi University. My professional interests include big data analytics, artificial intelligence, and the practical implementation of emerging technologies within immigration practices. I am passionate about leveraging technology to streamline immigration processes, improve decision-making, and create innovative solutions for both clients and practitioners.
