I am Dr. Andrei Zavialov, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB), R1034357 (verify status) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (the body which regulates the profession of Immigration Consultants in Canada) and a CEO of Rosebay Canada Immigration Services.

Immigration is my passion. I am deeply involved in immigration matters from different perspectives, including immigration policies and social adaptation of immigrants. I hold a PhD in Sociology related to interaction between immigrants and host societies, and policy involvement.

I am an alumnus of Queen's University Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law, one of two immigration and citizenship law programs in Canada which prepare immigration consultants of a new generation.

I am a strong supporter of information transparency, accuracy, and professional ethics. Inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility inform my style of work. I provide services in English, Ukrainian, Russian, and French. Smooth immigration journey for my clients is what I am keen to.
