We often come across the term Arranged Employment while going through the Federal Express Entry profile creation, applications, or PNP programs.

Arranged Employment refers to a job offer arranged with a Canadian employer

  • for work in a TEER category 0, 1, 2 or 3 occupation
  • for continuous, paid, full-time work (at least 30 hours a week)
  • for work that is not seasonal and lasts at least 1 year or more
  • supported by a labour market impact assessment (unless an exemption applies)

What is important to understand here is that this Arranged Employment enables you to earn 50 or 200 points in the Comprehensive Ranking System" tool (CRS) and have great positive impact on you eligibility under "Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)

If the Arranged employment is for NOC TEER 1, 2 or 3, or any TEER 0 other than Major group 00 then you get 50 Points in CRS

And

If the Arranged employment is NOC TEER 0 Major group 00 the you get 200 points in CRS.
