    • Requires a full-time, permanent job offer from a Saskatchewan employer.
    • Language requirement of CLB 4 or higher.
    • Valid work permit if currently working in Saskatchewan.

2. Saskatchewan Experience Category

This category is for individuals who are already living and working in Saskatchewan. It includes:

  • Skilled Worker with Existing Work Permit – Must have a permanent job offer in Saskatchewan.
  • Semi-Skilled Agriculture Worker – Requires 6 months of experience in an eligible farm job.
  • Health Professionals – Open to doctors, nurses, and healthcare workers with at least 6 months of work experience in Saskatchewan.
  • Hospitality Sector Project – Requires 6 months of experience in food service or hospitality.
  • Long-Haul Truck Driver – Must have 6 months of experience with an approved trucking employer in Saskatchewan.
  • Student Sub-Category – For international graduates who studied in Saskatchewan and worked for at least 6 months.

3. Entrepreneur and Farm Category

This category is for business owners and investors looking to start or purchase a business in Saskatchewan. It includes:

  • Entrepreneur Sub-Category
    • Requires a minimum net worth of $500,000 CAD.
    • Investment of at least $200,000 CAD in Regina/Saskatoon or $150,000 CAD in smaller communities.
    • Must own at least 33.3% of the business.
    • Must conduct an exploratory visit to Saskatchewan.
  • Farm Owner and Operator Sub-Category
    • Requires a minimum net worth of $500,000 CAD.
    • Investment of at least $300,000 CAD into a farming operation.
    • Previous farm management experience is mandatory.
    • Must submit a business proposal.
