Who is Eligible?
This category is designed for foreign workers with work experience in Saskatchewan who hold a valid work permit or are international graduates.

Eligibility Requirements:To be eligible, candidates generally need:
- A valid work permit issued by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
- A permanent, full-time job offer from a Saskatchewan employer.

Skilled Worker With Existing Work Permit:
You -- Have been working in Saskatchewan with a valid work permit for at least six months;
- Have a permanent full-time job offer from a Saskatchewan employer. The job is required to be in National Occupation Classification (NOC) Matrix TEER "0", "1" or "2" or "3"; or in a designated trade; and
- Meet the criteria of the sub-category.
Students
You-- Graduated from a Saskatchewan institute or a recognized post- secondary educational institution in Canada;
- You've worked for a minimum of 6 months (or 780 hours) of paid employment in Saskatchewan;
- You have a current, permanent, full-time job offer in your field of study from a Saskatchewan employer; and
- Meet the criteria of the sub-category.
Agriculture Talent Pathway
You-- Have an SINP-approved job offer in Saskatchewan.
- Meet the criteria of the sub-category.
- Intend to reside in Saskatchewan as a permanent resident. All nominees with temporary work permits must reside in Saskatchewan.
Health Talent Pathway
You-- Have an SINP-approved job offer in Saskatchewan.
- Meet the criteria of the sub-category.
- Intend to reside in Saskatchewan as a permanent resident. All nominees with temporary work permits must reside in Saskatchewan.
Tech Talent Pathway
You-- Have an SINP-approved job offer in Saskatchewan.
- Meet the criteria of the sub-category.
- Intend to reside in Saskatchewan as a permanent resident. All nominees with temporary work permits must reside in Saskatchewan.

Applications missing required documents will be closed and returned. Once an application is closed, it cannot be reopened or reconsidered. If you wish to apply again, you will need to restart the entire process.
