Many a times PGWP holders reached out to me asking what if they apply for the fake PGWP extension just to buy some time. I have said 100 times that the consequences will be eventually negative and may lead towards dangerous for some applicants / situations. I am sharing one LIVE example where an applicant received the refusal letter yesterday where they asked to "leave Canada forthwith", which means to leave immidiatey.

Honestly, this could really turn into a different and more dangerous angle where the IRCC official could issue IRPA 40(1) if the whole application sounded like misrepresentation, which is very likely. Means, the applicant would have to leave Canada and would be banned at the same time.

Lastly,  I would like to request again not to take any undeserving route just to buy some time.
