🗓️ July 7, 2025 – Proof of Funds Increased

IRCC has increased the minimum settlement funds required for certain Express Entry applicants.

📌 New Requirement for a Single Applicant:
💰 $15,263 CAD (↑ from $14,690)

📈 Most applicants will now need at least $500 more to meet eligibility under:

• ✅ Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)

• ✅ Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)

Note: This change does not apply to Canadian Experience Class (CEC) or applicants with a valid job offer.

📝 All Express Entry applicants should ensure their proof of funds meets the new threshold or update their profile accordingly.
