When can I apply for my PGWP (Post Graduate Work permit)?

You can apply for PGWP as soon as you receive the completion letter (also called graduation letter) from your DLI institution. You have 180 days after receiving the completion letter to apply for PGWP.

Can I work full-time after submitting my PGWP application?

You can start working full-time as soon as you receive this letter. This is called “Maintained status” (previously called “implied status”).
