GCMS stands for Global Case Management System and this system keeps records of the documents and information submitted while applying to Canada. GCMS is accessible to all kinds of Canadian immigration applications which include Visitor Visa, Study Visa applications, PR applications, PNP applications etc.
Each officer is required to enter in-depth information one ahc applicant's file including the documents, information and reasoning behind the decision of the application. GCMS notes are requested to access the documents which were submitted along with the application or to access the reasons of refusal for a particular application.
