Who must fulfil this condition?
Your child or grandchild who extends an invitation to visit Canada, they must demonstrate that their household income is meeting or exceeding minimum LICO requirement.This demonstrates their ability to pay for your stay.

Your child must have an income of at least $54,594 in order to be eligible if they have a spouse and two children, making their family a total of four.
Proof of Income Documents
The following documents can be submitted by your child or grandchild:
- CRA T4 or T1 slips containing the Notice of Assessment (NOA)
- Employment letter with job information and pay
- Pay stubs
- Statements from Banks
