Yes, you need a job offer from the designated employers under the NOC 2021 TEER 0,1,2,3 and 4 in one of the four Atlantic Provinces- New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island or Newfoundland and Labrador

- Employers must be providing you a position that will continue at least a year after you become a permanent residence in case of NOC 2021 TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 category employment offers.
- For NOC 2021 TEER 4 category job offers, the employer must be offering you permanent employment, that is, there is no set end date.
- A company in which you, the applicant, your spouse, or your common-law partner hold a majority stake cannot make the employment offer.
