YES, it can get cancelled even if your visitor visa was issued / stamped on your passport. The letter may look like the below. (Client's identifiable informations are hidden.)
In cases where the officer determines that the visa was issued due to fraud or misrepresentation, the officer should advise the person, in writing, of their concern stating that the visa is invalid. The visa officer may contact the person for an interview to cancel the visa and to find the person inadmissible for misrepresentation under A40 or may directly issue the letter mentioning that they found the misrepresentation and therefore banned the applicant for next 05 years.
The letter should include a warning to the person that Port-Of-Entries (POE) in Canada have been advised the visa is invalid and they will not be admitted to Canada.
If the individual enters Canada, inland immigration officers may initiate removal proceedings through an A44 report alleging that the person is inadmissible for misrepresentation under A40. (This approach is also open to officers at the POE, particularly in situations where the holder has been issued a multiple-entry visa.)

My personal thoughts:
Many of the applicants are taking help from the unauthorized agents who are using the same invitation letters , same bank accounts , same work / education documents for multiple applicants. Then later when IRCC come to know about all of them, IRCC may flag it and cancels the visa. So, please be careful before you handshake with those unauthorized agents.
